It is hard work to be a real estate agent. Sometimes just the process of getting your real estate license in your state can be hard. Prospecting for new clients, which is about 90% of your job, can be hard because, sadly, they don't just come to you. Many people that go out there with the expectation that clients are just going to come to them, real estate is just a job, and it's going to be easy…They fail! 89% of people fail and don't renew their license after two years.

Get over yourself!

There have been many people that have come before you that have been successful, so learn from them! Find a mentor and take the time to learn. You're not going to be the best right from the get-go, you're going to have to earn it.
