Are you getting ready to relocate to the Destin Fort Walton Beach area, and you're looking for a nice neighborhood to live in? Well, think about Niceville, Florida. Now whether you're looking to move into a neighborhood that's going to cost you an arm and a leg, a couple of your children, maybe the family dog. Or if you're looking to avoid passing that half a million-dollar mark. I got you all covered because I'm going to tell you about the top three most expensive neighborhoods to live in Niceville, Florida and I have a couple extras for you at the end.
Alright, so the top three most expensive neighborhoods to live-in in Niceville.
1. WINDWARD
So, first, we have Windward and it's located in the Blue Water Bay Area. The Blue Water Bay Area is amazing because you have access to community pools, playgrounds, boat dock, and tennis courts. Now, Windward is a gated community that has a private beach access for its residents. You can access it from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. The median sales price of a home in Windward is $620,000 with a low being at $445,800 and at high being $1,228,540. And that's based on sales over the past six months.
2. SOUTHWIND
Second, we have Southwind. It's also located in the Blue Water Bay Area. So, you'll still have your access to the swimming pool and the tennis courts, playgrounds, and the boat launch. In Southwind, the median sales price of the home is $755,000 with a low being at $610,000 and a high being at 1,250,000.
3. LAKE PIPPIN
That's tucked away in South Niceville and has its own private beach. The median sales price of a home in Lake Pippin is $739,000 with the low being at $525,000 and the high being at $935,000.
Now, I also have some honorable mentions, which are the little extras that I mentioned earlier in this video. There are so many great neighborhoods located in Niceville and some of them are at higher price points. So, they're just so many to name and I didn't want to leave it at three. So, I do have again, honorable mentions.
Now, there's Swift Creek located in North Niceville. May also have a community pool and playground and Tennis Courts. The median sales price for homes in Swift Creek is $710,000 with the low being at $509,000 but the highest being at $875,000. And this is still based on sales over the past six months.
We also have Dana Pointe located the south of Niceville. This is a great-looking neighborhood. They do have a waterfront homes, which are the higher-priced homes of course. But the median sales price for a home in Dana Pointe is $688,500 with the low being at $470,000 and the high being at $1,170,000. Which again is most likely located right there on the water.
And my third honorable mention is Osprey Ridge. Now the median sales price of a home is $585,000 and the low being at $558,000. The high being at $629,900.
