Top 3 Most Expensive Neighborhoods to Live in In Miramar Beach FL

Are you looking to spend at least a couple of million dollars on a home in Florida? Well, I'm going to tell you about the neighborhoods that you might want to look into or if you are not exactly wanting to break that $1 million mark. I'll tell you about the same neighborhoods that you're going to want to avoid. So, I'll tell you about the top three most expensive neighborhoods to live-in in Miramar Beach. So stick around.

Alright! So, the top three most expensive neighborhoods to live in Miramar Beach.

1. Frangista Beach

Yes, a lot of the homes here are either located right on the beach or just walking distance from it. So, the homes right on the beach, they don't have their own private pools. But, there is a community pool for those that still want to take a dip in the pool instead of the beach. And then, a lot of the other homes do have their own private pools. And what I love about the architecture in the homes out in Frangista Beach is that, they are designed to have a whole lot of natural light and a lot of outdoor living space for people that still want to chill but be outside at the same time. And as of May 2021, the median sales price of a home in Frangista Beach is $2,885,000 and you're looking at a 6-bedroom 7-bathroom home. Now, that's a lot of linen and a lot of toilet paper and the median square footage is 4,262 square feet.

 2. Burnt Pine

Now, Burt Pine is a lovely gated community filled with absolutely stunning homes. The median sales price of a home in Burnt Pine is $2,950,000 for a 5-bedroom, 6.5 bathrooms with a total of 6,464 square feet. Now, Burnt Pine is located a little further away from the beach. It is North of Highway 98. However, if you love to golf, you're in luck because there is a golf course readily available for you whenever you want to hit the greens. Another thing I want to mention about Burnt Pine is that It is located within the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. Meaning, you are very close to the villages of Baytowne Wharf. If you've never heard of that, so lovely cute little village that's filled with retail stores and ice cream shops, restaurants, and they have live entertainment and festivals out there as well. So, it's a very great place to have within your own little community.

3. Four Mile Village

The most expensive neighborhood to live in Miramar Beach is Four Mile Village. It is located south of Highway 98 right across from the Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort. It is a gated community and it is also surrounded by nature preserves. So, if you still like to have a lot of trees around, a lot of privacy, this would be ideal for you. And you are still located real close to the beach. The median sales price of a home in Four Mile Village is $5,750,000 and we're only looking at 2,838 square feet for a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home. So, even though the homes out in Four Mile Village are a little bit smaller than the other two neighborhoods in Burnt Pine and Frangista Beach, you are still looking at spending a lot more money and you are really close to the beach as well.

Well, I hope this information was useful to you. So, if you are looking to spend a large chunk of change, 2 million-plus on a home in Miramar Beach. I definitely hope you look into one of those three neighborhoods, Frangista Beach, Burnt Pine, and Four Mile Village. And if you are not looking to spend that much money and you might want to avoid those three neighborhoods.
