Step Inside Islander Beach Resort on Okaloosa Island, FL

If you're looking for a great place to buy or rent a condo in the Fort Walton Beach/Okaloosa Island area, Islander Beach Resort is definitely worth checking out.

Islander has two phases, Phase I was built in 1983 and Phase II was built in 1998. The units are either 1,356 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, or 1,500 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

This condominium resort has many amenities including a heated pool, hot tub, basketball courts, covered parking, and a grilling area.

Tim toured a 6th floor 3 bed, 2.5 bath unit in Phase II. Like most units, it has an updated kitchen and appliances. This condo features a split bedroom concept so the master bedroom is across the unit from the other bedrooms giving a little extra privacy.

The best part about this condo is it is right on the stunning Gulf of Mexico, so you can open up the back door and hear the waves crashing at all hours of the day, and take in the amazing views of the emerald water. We don't call it the Emerald Coast for nothing!
