Emerald Isle was built in 1974 and ranges from 1,630 square foot 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom units to 780 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom units.

This complex has amenities such as a pool, grilling area, tennis court, and beach access.

Tim takes us inside a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit on the 4th floor. The kitchen has a flow through bar. Each bedroom has a full bathroom. There is an entrance from both the living room and the master bedroom to the balcony.

This particular condo building sits across the street from the Gulf of Mexico, but you can still get a fabulous view of the beautiful ocean because there is an empty lot on the ocean side. As of now, there are not any known plans to build on that lot. From the front side of this unit, you can get a glimpse of the bay as well.
