Indian Trail Full VLog Tour

Hey guys, it's Stephanie Durham here with the Whittemore group at exp Realty. I'm right here in Destin, Florida right now on Indian Trail. So, I want to give you guys a quick tour of what it looks like out here. There's lots of beautiful, big beautiful waterfront homes out here. And there's a lot of non waterfront homes as well, homes that are not directly on the water. There's condos and Townhomes as well. Based on sales over the last six months towards the end of 2020, the average price of the condos and townhomes that can range anywhere from $195,000 to $485,000 and you're not a waterfront homes are from $570,000 to $780,000 but they're well worth it because it's a great neighborhood. Now, your waterfront homes, the big and beautiful ones I just mentioned, they can range anywhere from 1 million to 2 million dollars and you're looking at about 2,900 to 4,700 square feet. So, it's a lot of house, a lot of house to clean if you don't mind it. But, I'm going to give you guys a quick tour to see you can take a look and see this area and maybe you would want to relocate here in the future.
