Another awesome website that I browse through was ZipRecruiter.com, gave lots of information about average salary rates and average hourly rates for different job positions. I mean, also let us know that the average national salary in the US is $66,665. The average annual salary in Florida is $51,909 which is almost $25 an hour. So, that's pretty good. Now the average national hourly rate in the US is $20.69 per hour. However, the average hourly rate in Florida is $16.63. So, it is just a little bit below the national average but still pretty good.
Now, if you're looking for cities that have the top paying jobs. Maybe looking to just make sure you're staying on the higher end of the scale. You probably want to look into West Palm Beach, Tampa, Miami, Sarasota, St. Petersburg and Clearwater. So, those are just some of the few cities that do have the highest paying hourly rates.

If you like to do front desk work like I did before I got into real estate. I've had many different positions where I worked front desk. The average hourly rate for that here in the state of Florida is $13-14 per hour. And that was really looking at a couple different sites just to kind of see and compare what the different sites had to say, like, indeed.com, glassdoor.com, supercool.com, it did say that the average hourly rate for front desk reception is $13-14 an hour. So, I would assume that's pretty accurate. That's probably close to what I made as a starting pay when I did work front desk. So, that's just tells about right.
