El Matador was built in 1975 and is located right on the Gulf of Mexico at the very end of Okaloosa Island, FL. It is comprised of 6 buildings and a total of 316 units. There is the option for a studio, one bedroom, or two bedroom condo.
The community features an oceanfront pool and grilling area.
Tim and Michelle tour a one bedroom, one bathroom unit. It has a nice sized balcony overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. The condo has an open floor plan with an updated kitchen.
