Do you consider yourself a major foodie or you just generally love to eat, and you're looking for a great spot to go in Destin? Well, in this video, I'm going to shed some light on some of the best restaurants in Destin, Florida as of 2022. So, grab your appetizer and stay tuned.

Alright. So, the Best Restaurants in Destin, Florida. Now, this is in no particular order.

1. McGuire's Irish Pub

Now, this is awesome place to go. First, when you go in, you'll see all the dollar bills hanging on the walls, the ceilings, just everywhere. So, feel free to pin your own dollar bill up. Sign it first and get yourself on the wall, through the wall of fame, I'd call it. First, they have live entertainment, great food and drinks. Now, their signature drink is the Irish Wake. They serve it in a big mason jar. It's very potent too. So, they do limit three per customer. I could probably only have the one myself, maybe two. But again, it's very potent, very strong. So, you're in for a good time if you have one of those. They do have traditional Irish food such as the Shepherd's Pie. However, my favorite dish at McGuire's is the bacon and Gouda steak burger. I mean, I love bacon, I love Gouda cheese. So, put that together and you have something amazing. But again, definitely check out McGuire's Irish pub, great place to go, especially at night. They have lots of entertainment, live entertainment there as well.

2. Harbor Docks

Another great local favorite, waterfront dining and they have great seafood platters and an awesome selection of sushi. I mean, their selection is just crazy to wear when my first time going, I just started at the top of their list and I just have to work my way down with each visit to Harbor Docks. They also have a gift shop where you can buy a cool shirts and hats and koozies with Harbor Docks on it. You can also have private events there. You can use the dock with a private bar for larger parties or maybe rehearsal dinners. There's also an indoor dining tube. They have the Harbor View Room that you can use for smaller groups, such as little birthday parties, or maybe business meetings, business dinners or lunch. But, definitely a great place to go view especially for waterfront to check out the boats on the harbor. Beautiful, beautiful view.

3. Landsharks Pizza Company

For the pizza lovers, check out Landsharks Pizza Company. They have great pizza, burgers, wings. They have a full bar. So, I mean, what better is it to just soak up your alcohol with some great, great pizza. It's a great location too. So, once you you've done eating and go out for a walk check out the, you know, go out on the dock, go to other bars, and go to places where you can go dancing. Of course, once you have your drinks and your pizza in your system, that's really when you're just ready to go and dance off those calories. But, definitely if you love some pizza, check out Landsharks.

4. Crackings

This is a great place for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. They have home style breakfast. My favorite there is the, or so far, anyway, is the lobster grits, a lobster and gouda grits, and the rajun cajun omelet. Say that five times really fast, rajun cajun omelet, rajun cajun omelet. Anyways. But, those are two of my favorites that I've tried so far. I've had the banana foster too. But again, there's lots to choose from that you just really can't go wrong with and they have mimosas there too. It's always a plus when you get to order mimosas with your breakfast or brunch. But, definitely it's a great place to go. During the times where you're feeling like you need some breakfast, brunch or lunch, you can't go wrong with what they have on their menu.

5. Donut Hole Bakery and Cafe

Another great breakfast place, it's the Donut hole bakery café and they have always, always have a long line outside during peak season. I mean, you really can't blame them because it's really worth the wait. But, whenever you do get inside, you'll see their awesome selection of food on the menu. Now, obviously, by the name, they have a delicious choices in donuts and cakes and pies. You can check out the display window up front. By the front entrance, you'll see the different offers that they have, and you can buy a whole cake, whole pie, just take it home with you and eat it later. But definitely, it's very, very, very popular. Again, if you're in peak season, if you're here during the spring and in the summertime, expect a good wait. But again, it'll be definitely worth having a meal at the Donut hole bakery and cafe.

Ruby Slipper Cafe

Alright. Now, the next is a bonus mention. It's newly open location in Destin, it's the Ruby Slipper Cafe. Super excited for that. My first time, I'm eating at Ruby Slipper was in New Orleans. It's where their original locations are. Of course, they've opened up other locations in Orange Beach, Alabama, and Mobile, and Pensacola. So, I'm super excited that they have one in Destin now. They have the, they're well known for their delicious southern hospitality, New Orleans style foods. So, they have like, great gumbo. Their shrimps and grits are amazing. Of course, they have like, French toast, waffles, pancakes. You name it, they have it. Of course, another place where there's mimosas. A lot of people love to be able to enjoy some mimosas with their breakfast. So, especially when you see people leaving, you can kind of tell they've had a mimosa or two or three. So, it's kind of fun to watch. I may have been guilty about myself because I love to drink the mimosas too when I'm out with them. Some great people having brunch. But yes, definitely check out Ruby slipper if you haven't already. Again, it's well known in New Orleans. So, it's very exciting that there is now one open in Destin.
